Adorable 2 bedroom home in the Carbonera neighborhood. The design is functional and utilizes each square foot perfectly. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a sofa in the living room that can be converted into a twin bed. The house was built with both airflow and security in mind. This new home is completely lockable yet open and spacious. Rates listed are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $20/person/night. Max occupancy 5.

cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due prior to arrival, or upon arrival in cash. Cancelations made with 90 days notice or more will receive a refund of all monies received, less a cancellation fee of $150. For cancelations made with less than 90 days notice. If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented or the part thereof, less a cancellation fee of $150 will be issued. If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, the Renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.
